Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Joe Brands, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
